Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 8 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 14 days of receiving the unused and unopened items. Postage and Packaging are not refundable.

Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery are sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and we charge a starting fee of £4.99per order. This is normally a 3 to 5 working day service. Orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday are normally despatched the same working day subject to stock availability. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to despatch your order within 10 days but please allow up to 28 days. This is a “token” starting fee of £4.99 for standard UK postal delivery. The idea behind this is to discourage very small orders, which take almost as much time & effort to package and post as larger orders. This charge will automatically be added to your order.

Special Delivery are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and we charge a starting fee of £19.75 for orders under 2kg. Special Delivery items will arrive with your normal post and require a signature. Orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday are normally despatched the same working day subject to stock availability. Our aim will be to deliver to you within 24 hours of order (excluding weekends), we cannot however accept liability for late deliveries.

Returns Policy
You may cancel your order within 8 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 14 days of receiving the unused and unopened items less the initial postage charges. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We are happy to exchange unused and unopened items within 14 days, however the new items will incur postage charges.

To be eligible for the eight day return option, items must still be in their original sealed packaging. Please ensure all items are handled with care and not opened as we again regret we are unable to exchange or credit items marked or showing signs of wear.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally process your order within 1-3 working days, however please allow at least 7-14 days for delivery, unless you have opted for the Special Delivery Service.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.

All credit card details are taken securely using Secure Hosting secure servers which run with the maximum level of 128 bit SSL encryption that is commercially available.

Southwest six would like to guarantee your satisfaction. You may cancel your order within 8 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your paypal /card within 28 days of receiving the unused items.
