LOCATION & PARKING: We are based in Fulham, South West London. Nearest Train Stations: Fulham Broadway West Brompton There is Pay & Display parking available outside the salon. Please use the RingGo app with the location code 17501.

DEPOSITS & RESCHEDULING: All services require a non-refundable deposit of £20. This deposit will count towards your total bill. Your appointment is not confirmed without paying a deposit. If you would like to reschedule, please do so within 48 hours of your appointment date. You have the opportunity to reschedule your appointment two times, after this, you will be required to make a new deposit.

LATENESS & NO-SHOW POLICY: If you are going to be late, please call us to let us know. We allow a grace period of 30 minutes, after this your appointment will be cancelled or you will be charged a lateness fee.  Please note the lateness fee is calculated based on a % of your total cost of service. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged a fee.  Please note this fee is calculated based on a % of your total cost of service.

BRAIDING HAIR/ HAIR EXTENSIONS: If you would like French Curl Braids, please select the correct service. Picture references are for the SIZE ONLY, not LENGTH. Without selecting an ADD ON, you are opting for bra-length braids or shorter. If you would like your braids longer than this, please remember to select the correct add-on.
