Hello all! Thank you for your interest in our services.
Please read our terms and conditions before booking your appointment.
LOCATION & PARKING:
We are based in Fulham, South West London.

There is Pay & Display parking available outside the salon. Please use the RingGo app with the location code 17501.
DEPOSITS & RESCHEDULING:
All services require a non-refundable deposit of £20. This deposit will count towards your total bill.
Your appointment is not confirmed without paying a deposit.
If you would like to reschedule, please do so within 48 hours of your appointment date.
You have the opportunity to reschedule your appointment two times, after this, you will be required to make a new deposit.
LATENESS & NO-SHOW POLICY:
If you are going to be late, please call us to let us know. We allow a grace period of 30 minutes, after this your appointment will be cancelled or you will be charged a lateness fee.
Please note the lateness fee is calculated based on a % of your total cost of service.

BRAIDING HAIR/ HAIR EXTENSIONS:
If you would like French Curl Braids, please select the correct service. Picture references are for the SIZE ONLY, not LENGTH. Without selecting an ADD ON, you are opting for bra-length braids or shorter. If you would like your braids longer than this, please remember to select the correct add-on.
We have hair available to purchase. Feel free to bring your own; please note we only accept pre-stretched hair. If you'd like Goddess braids, please purchase at least 1 pack of Bulk braiding hair (Brands: CHERISH or FREETRESS).
For French Curl Braids, we have the braiding hair available to purchase separately. Our stock is subject to availability. Please contact us to reserve hair, if not you must bring in your own.
We do not provide the hair needed for our ponytail, weave, or wig services. We have Sensationnel Hair available to purchase. Goddess Remi, Empire, Premium Now and Premium Too. Our stock is subject to availability. Please contact us to reserve hair, if not you must bring in your own.
WIG SERVICES:
PLEASE NOTE! The date you select for our wig services will require you to drop off your hair extensions only. When you arrive at the salon, your stylist will tell you when you need to come back to collect the wig; this may not be on the same day. Upon collecting your new wig, you must complete your outstanding bill.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

We reserve the right to turn away anyone demonstrating flu-like symptoms, unreasonable and/or inappropriate behaviour.
If you are not happy with the services provided, please notify us within 3 days of your initial appointment. After this, we will not offer any corrective or redo services.
Please note the cost of our Locs, Men & Natural Hair Services are starting prices only. The price may vary depending on the length, thickness, or texture of your hair. If you would like us to confirm prices before your appointment, please send us an image, via WhatsApp, of your natural hair, fully washed and blow-dried.
If you decide to make any changes to your service on the day of your appointment, the cost of service will change to reflect this.
